The living room and dining room are located in one room with a fire place and TV with German satellite system. Closed kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas cooking and electric oven. Outside you will find: covered terrace with table and 4 chairs, stairs towards the private pool area, 4 sun chairs, parking for 2 cars, washing machine located in the garage. The villa is located at a distance of 5 minutes from the town and main beach of Moraira.
Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area. |
