Casa Manuel is located in a housing complex called Manilla Park which is located in the Fanadix urbanization of Moraira. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with an enclosed terrace, kitchen with washing machine and microwave. There is a small terrace at the back of the villa where you can enjoy a nice day in the sun. There is a communal pool located at a 2 minute walk from the villa.
The town and main beach of Moraira are at about a 5 minute drive from the villa. Smaller beaches can be found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area.
